OUR MISSION
The ArcLight Foundation Mission Statement

1) Building capability and capacity to:

Proactively provide responsive and sustainable solutions to rescue victims, decrease human suffering, and increase the quality of life of people and children who are or have been victims of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and/or forced labor.

We will build at least 2 state of the art, treatment centers within 3 years, that have a modular treatment program. The program in total will last 2 years if a victim chooses to participate in all modules.

This will be a phased step down that will result in treatment, recovery, life skills, education (HS or GED), vocational or college training, independent living on campus in individual housing before leaving the program, job placement, help with identity changes, relocation assistance and continued support for 6 months to a year after they leave the program. A protection K9 will be available for adoption for companionship and protection.

We also engage in anti/counter human trafficking operations in coordination with other NGO's, Local, State, Federal and Tribal Authorities where appropriate. However, we represent the safety and security of our clients, (the victims and families of Human Trafficking) above all else.

2) Building capability and capacity to:

To help victims of domestic violence, and help families find missing persons, and justice or closure in cold cases.

3) Long range 3 to 5 years:

Provide or help or coordinate needed assistance to victims of natural or man-made disasters.

4) Long range 3 to 5 years:

Help nations, societies, cultures, and people where they are in a position that they lack the universal basic needs associated with modern society, (such as but not limited to, food, shelter, clean water, literacy, communications, education, power, clothing, medical care, safety and security, sewage and waste management, and information).

5) Long range 3 to 5 years:

Help nations, societies, and cultures with the best practices of sustainable solutions that will promote peace, provide the foundations of equality, justice, and good governance that will help them become self-sufficient in addressing current and future humanitarian issues.

To establish many various size state of the art treatment centers across the Country and overseas as well. Offering a modular treatment and rehabilitation program second to none. The program will be two years, broken into blocks so that a victim can choose to take only the blocks they physically or psychologically need, or participate in the entire program. Vocational training or a college degree with job placement support will be part of The ArcLight Foundation's Program. Relocation assistance will also be available. We assist Local, State, Federal, Tribal, Anti- Human Trafficking Task Forces, and Communities as needed.
